Welcome to LockSpace video player (hereinafter referred to as"The application") . This app was developed and run by the [ LockSpace team ]("We") . We attach great importance to the user's personal information protection, is committed to providing you with a safe and reliable service experience. This privacy policy is intended to clarify how we collect, use, store, share, transfer and protect your personal information and the rights you enjoy. 1. Definitions and interpretations

1.3 anonymization and de-identification

1.3.1 anonymization is the process by which personal information is processed in such a way that the subject of the personal information can not be identified or associated and the processed information can not be recovered. De-identification refers to the process of dealing with personal information so that it can not identify or relate to the subject of personal information without additional information. We may anonymize or de-identify the personal information we collect, so that it is no longer personal information and we are free to use it.

2. Collection and use of personal information

2.1 collection principles

2.1.1 we collect personal information in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, reasonableness and necessity. We collect only such information as is necessary for the provision of this application service. We do not collect personal information that is not related to the service, do not collect personal information through fraud, deception or other improper means.

2.2 collection and use of necessary information

2.2.1 equipment information: to ensure the normal operation of applications, adapt to different equipment models and optimize the service experience, we collect information about your device model, operating system version, device identifier (such as IMEI, OAID) , device MAC address, screen resolution, and so on. This information is used for application compatibility testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure a consistent playback experience across different devices.

2.2.2. Local video information: to import, play and manage local video, we read the basic information of the local video files you choose to import through the System file manager, including file name, file size, format, playing time, modification time, etc. . This information will only be used to generate video libraries in the application, to support playback control and management operations, and will not be uploaded to our servers.

2.2.3 using behavioral information: in order to optimize product features and enhance the user experience, we will collect behavioral information about your use of this application, including playback records (such as playback progress, play double speed, fast forward and fast backward operation) , video library management operations (such as renaming, deleting) , function use frequency. This information is used to analyze the user's habits and make targeted improvements to the functional design, such as optimizing the playback speed adjustment function according to the speed range used at high frequencies.

2.3 collection and use of optional information

2.3.1. Account information: if you choose to register and log in to your app account, we will collect the registration information you provide, such as your mobile phone number or email address. This information is used for account identification, login verification and account security. You can use your account for cross-device services such as playback synchronization (if any) .

2.3.2 location: The app will only collect your location if you actively enable location permissions and use location-related add-ons such as local video geo-categorization, if any. This information is only used to implement additional services. You can turn off location permissions in device settings at any time. If you turn off location permissions, you will not be able to use additional services.

2.4 modalities of Information Collection

2.4.1 unsolicited information: information you provide to US when you register an account, set up a profile, or use a particular service.

2.4.2 automatic collection: device information and usage information that we automatically collect through the app Daemon when you use the app.

2.4.3 third-party contributions: If you log in to the app through a third-party account (such as a Google account, Apple ID, etc.) , we will get basic information about your account (such as username and avatar) from that third party, the scope and use of such information is governed by the third-party platform agreement and this policy.

3. Storage of personal information

3.1 storage locations

3.1.1 local storage: the local video files you import and related basic information, playback records and other core data, stored locally on your device by default, we will not actively upload to the server.

3.1.2 server storage: if you log in and sync across devices, your account information, playback history, and other sync data will be stored on our servers. If we need to provide such information to overseas, we will strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations and take necessary measures to protect the information security.

3.2 storage life

3.2.1 locally stored data: you can remove it yourself by operating the device or by using the app. The storage period depends on the storage state of your device. If you uninstall the app and don't back it up, locally stored data may be deleted.

3.2.2. Server storage data: account information and synchronization data will be stored for the duration of your account. If you cancel your account, we will delete your relevant server storage data within 15 working days, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

3.2.3 log data: device information and usage log data will be retained only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purpose of the service, generally not exceeding 6 months, after which time it will be anonymized.

3.3 storage security measures

3.3.1 we ensure the safe storage of personal information by adopting technical measures and management systems such as encrypted storage, access control and security audit. For the personal information stored in the server, we use SSL encryption transmission and AES encryption storage method; for the sensitive information stored locally (if any) , we also use encryption processing.

3.3.2 we strictly restrict access to personal information and authorize access only to personnel in essential positions. We conduct security training and confidentiality checks for those accessing our information and sign confidentiality agreements.

6.3.1 you have the right to request correction if you find that your personal information is incorrect or incomplete. For account information and other content that can be modified by yourself, you can directly correct it through the in-application function; for other information that can not be corrected by yourself, you can contact us by email to submit a correction request, we will complete the verification and processing in 15 working days.

6.4 right to delete

6.5.1 you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, which may be exercised in the following manner: locally stored video information and playback records, can be directly deleted through the application"Video library" or device file manager; server storage account information and synchronization data, can be deleted by canceling the account, or contact us by email to delete the request, we will be completed within 15 working days to delete the operation.

6.5 withdrawal of consent

6.5.1 you have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection and use of personal information. For permission class permissions (such as location permissions, storage permissions) , you can turn them off by the device settings-applications-LockSpace-permissions; for other permissions, you can contact us by email to apply for withdrawal. After the withdrawal of consent, we will no longer collect and use the corresponding information, but it will not affect the legality of the information processing behavior based on the consent completed before the withdrawal, and may lead to the normal use of some services.

6.6 right of cancellation

6.6.1 you have the right to deactivate your account in this app. You can submit a request to deactivate your account by going to settings-account center-account deactivation in the app. Please make sure that you have backed up your important data before you log off. After you log off, we will delete all your account information and related data, and it can not be recovered. The cancellation of your account does not affect your legal rights and obligations arising before the cancellation.

7. Protection of personal information of minors

7.1 principles of protection

7.1.1 we attach great importance to the protection of the personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 14, you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian before using this application. We do not collect personal information of minors on our own initiative. If the legal guardian finds that the personal information of minors has been improperly collected, he may lodge an objection to us by contacting our email address, we will verify and delete the relevant information within 15 working days.

7.2 guardianship rights
